About Willow

Hey, beautiful soul — I’m Willow.

I’m the moonchild behind Cosmic Woke. I write about rituals, crystals, tarot, and the messy, beautiful work of getting aligned — the stuff I wish someone had handed me at 25, when I was burned out in a Chicago marketing job, living on coffee and doomscrolling.

A friend dragged me to a sound bath “as a joke.” I cried through the whole thing and couldn’t explain why. So I started small: journaling, moon-watching, one amethyst I was embarrassed to buy. Two years later I quit, moved to Asheville, North Carolina with two suitcases and a monstera, and started writing this blog from a sunroom desk with too many candles.

What I believe (and don’t)

I believe in energy as something you feel, not something I can prove to you. Crystals are anchors for intention, not magic pills. Tarot is a mirror, not fortune-telling. Manifestation is alignment plus honest action — never “just think it and get rich.” My whole philosophy fits in one line: take what resonates, leave the rest. I was a skeptic once too, and skeptics are always welcome here.

The honest fine print

Willow Hart is a pen name — the rituals, journals, and late-night moon musings are all real. Nothing on Cosmic Woke is medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice; it’s a collection of practices that help me, shared with love. If something here resonates, beautiful. If not, leave it on the shelf.
